Dr. Rogers a graduate of Enterprise High School class of 1980, the son of Lessie & Irene Rogers of Enterprise, Alabama, graduated Dec. 7, from Argosy University in Atlanta, Ga., with a doctorate in Higher Education Administration.
Afterwards, he earned his BA in telecommunications from Alabama A&M University. Dr. Rogers also worked for several years in broadcasting for ABC, CBS, NBC affiliates and CNN prior to completing his M.Ed. in History Education from Alabama State University, Montgomery, Alabama.
Presently, Dr. Rogers is employed with the Montgomery Public School System as an Assistant Principal at Forest Academic Magnet Elementary and Dannell Elementary School. In addition he is also an Adjunct History Professor at Alabama State University.
